Abiding in God

This Sunday is the first Sunday in Advent and we light the first Advent Candle (the Hope candle.)  We remember the hope we have in the return of Christ Jesus because we know that he already came.  Pastor Fin Varughese will come to speak on Abiding in God from John 15:1-11.  Jesus is our living hope!  We also celebrate the Lord's Supper where Jesus said in instituting the Supper: "I will not drink from this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom." It clearly indicates that there is the hope we have of seeing Jesus again at his return. Let's experience the wonder of the hope we have in Christ, who has come and will come again.
