But now, in Christ...we

Continuing our series in the book of Ephesians, we come to Ephesians 2:11-22. Having noted last week the grace of "But God" in making us alive with Christ. This week we discover the transformation of "But now" in how, through Christ, we are brought together as one new humanity, with equal access to the Father by one Spirit.  Because those who were far away have been brought near in Christ (v. 13), we must remember who we have become (v. 19). This involves remembering who we were -- separated (vv. 11-12), and recognizing who we are -- integrated (vv. 15-22).
